Gettysburg Wiki
Overview
This web site is about information specific to the history of Gettysburg and the battle of Gettysburg. If you wish to contribute to this site, the information should be specific to Gettysburg. For example information on a specific regiment during the Gettysburg Campaign would be good, but a history of a regiment through the entire Civil War would be more appropriate at some other site.
For now I am limiting the site to just the Gettysburg Monuments. This site will only have information (such as the history or interesting facts) about the monuments. As soon as I figure out how to administer this site, I will open it up to other information about Gettysburg.
Note: This site is currently very limited in information. I am very much hoping that the community of people interested in Gettysburg and the history of the town and battlefield will help me to build it up. I would be
thrilled if anyone would be willing to help me build this wiki by providing content! Please send an email to
Charles_Kann(at)yahoo.com and I will get you an account. All I ask is that you do not post any copyrighted or offensive material. I will allow the community of readers to decide on the historic validity of what is written. Also, I am learning how to administer this site right now, so if you post something you feel is important to preserve, please keep a copy of it.

http://www.EncounterAtGettysburg.com, particularly using the mapping options at that site.
Please do not create new pages in this area. If you need a new page, please contact me and I will provide it for you, as I am trying to keep the site organized and integrated with Monuments.EncounterAtGettysburg.com and Photos.EncounterAtGettysburg.com. But you are welcome to provide content in existing pages.
